Riley and the Pace team were better than any plumbing company I have ever worked with. They did a great job of updating our heating, hot water system and other neglected issues in our house. Wonderful results. Highly recommend. No worries about problems because there won't be any, and if there are, they will live up to their reputation developed over many years in Spokane area and will be here fast to resolve it. Call them!

I needed to have the main shut-off valve replaced as the old one wouldn't turn off all the way. My usual plumber wasn't available so based on reviews I chose Pace. Riley arrived as scheduled for the estimate and the work. He explained what had to be done and did it efficiently. Their price was a little higher than what I was expecting but It was worth it to get it taken care of quickly and professionally.

I have used Pace Plumbing a several times and have always always been satisfied. The technician that came out named Riley And he was absolutely excellent . He worked absolutely excellent with a senior citizen had all the patience in the world and was very concerned and Explaining what he was doing. I had a leak in my basement and I don’t know what to do and was afraid because plumbers are notoriously expensive and I haven’t worked in a year due to an accident Riley came out and fixed my leak very quickly and didn’t even charge me he said to him it was an easy fix to me it was like he moved a Mountain thank you Riley and Pace Plumbing.

Pace Plumbing has been our go-to plumbing service since Kevin Pace opened his business. Recently Riley came to fix issues with several faucets. What a gem! He provided excellent service, demonstrated exceptional skills with a difficult repair and, beyond that, was personable, friendly, and enthusiastic about his job. Before he left, he asked if there were any other problems which needed attention while he was here. And actually, there was one about which he gave sound advice. Pace Plumbing is so lucky to have him as a service plumber, and we were fortunate to have him come do our repairs.

We called Pace to service a Kenmore water softener that was no longer functioning. We live close to Mt. Spokane which is a long drive from town.
Riley ran a diagnostic on the unit and explained to us how to operate and maintain the system. He was very helpful and refused to charge us for the service call which was unexpected and very much appreciated.
We will definitely be using Pace for any future plumbing related issues.

Riley came out and fixed my garbage disposal, I found him to be honest & sincere. The pricing was fair and reasonable. Due to the way he conducted himself with the smaller job he earned my business for the installation next week of my water heater. He spoke highly of Pace Plumbing and that is a nice change to hear someone vested and speaking highly of their employer. Great job Riley and I look forward to the outcome of the water heater installation.

Riley is amazing, timely and does great work. He was referred to me by a good friend in the real estate market, Mike Offield. I am out of town and had emergency with a home in Spokane. Riley is absolutely wonderful to work with. He is honest to a fault, has the knowledge to fix anything, punctual, professional, and I'm So happy to call for any of my issues. Moved into our new home a month ago. Kevin and company did the entire home start to finish. Any problem, they are out quickly and have done a great job. Pace comes highly recommended by general contractors and other subs in the construction business. Professional excellent plumbers. All around a very good experience for a new home owner.
