CityScape Roofing Inc. uses EPDM systems for new and re-roofing low-slope applications. Earlier designs include the ballasted roof, where the EPDM membrane is laid loosely over loose insulation. We will then cover the membrane with ballast, pavers, or stone to help keep the membrane in place, especially during high winds.
