Our water heater died the day after Thanksgiving. Murphy’s Law, right? After buying a water heater from Home Depot and scheduling a same day install, we were told no appointments were available as Home Depot only contracts with one company. Very disappointing! I called a few plumbing other companies and no one would even quote, they would only send someone out, next week. Then I called A Super Plumber. What a difference! Jeff was knowledgeable, helpful and able to install the next morning. Very professional, thorough and SAFE. He wore a mask in my presence which I really appreciated. Problem

Jeff is what you should expect with a pro. And as important he is super honest. Our hot water heater went out over the weekend so I originally called one of the bigger companies. I was told the pilot light was “too high” and I needed a brand new unit. I decided to deal with the cold showers for an extra day and have Jeff come over. He sourced parts from Cartersville to who knows where and got the water heater up and running. He explained everything to me soup to nuts. In the end he saved us 1700 to avoid getting a new hot water heater because he replaced the parts that are the core of the system

Jeff did an amazing job! He may be the most up front and honest plumber I've ever come across. He did what he said he was going to do for the price he said he was going to do it for. He even unclogged a bathroom tub train without charging any extra. I'd use him again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to anyone in need of an honest, hardworking, and experienced plumber.
