The project included a complete renovation of the 106-year old building and a new 3-story addition in the adjacent lot. Myridium is a mixed-use building with 4,786 square feet of commercial space along with 25 luxury residential condominiums. The South Adams County Fire Station is comprised of 9,200 square feet that includes two 60-foot bays with a third smaller bay for ambulance service.

I've actually been working through a temp agency as a laborer for Dohn Construction for a few months now. With that being said they have some of the best trades in the construction industry industry working for them. Very professional very experienced. Plus the superintendent's who are responsible for the job site I'm working on are some of the best superintendent's I've ever been able to work with they get down and dirty with the regular employees they know what time it is know how to get things done professionally and in a timely manner. I personally would recommend Dohn Construction for anyone

This construction company built a house right next to mine and was extremely reckless while doing it. Over the course of the construction, they broke a sprinkler line, severed my sprinkler control wires, broke my fence, and completely messed up the landscape grade next to my house. Every time I reach out to them it takes months to get anything done and they still refuse to fix the water drainage issues they have caused on my property. I have spent hundreds of dollars fixing the damage and will likely spend $1-2k more fixing the grade next to my foundation.

Very professional and attentive construction company here in Denver. We use them for anything and everything. From building 100+ unit mixed-use projects to simple repairs, Dohn always puts forth their best effort and have great employees who are always available to coordinate and communicate with their client. The City of Denver is not always the easiest to work with, but Dohn have experienced staffers who really know their stuff and are great at expediting critical items. Highly recommend!
