We are new home owners and were told during our home inspection that we should add collar ties in our attic to support the roof.We hired Landmark and they were professional, responsive and did a great job. A few months later I contacted them to fix a gutter that had come apart. Ryan came over and fixed it for free the next day!

Had Landmark do some gutter work on my home. Their workmanship is top notch, notably with copper gutters and downspouts. I work in the construction industry and finding someone that takes pride in their work is hard to come by these days. Landmark has it all, I wish all contractors were this diligent and good to work with.

Landmark Roofing truly wowed me. After several mediocre experiences with contractors hired for other jobs in my home, Landmark satisfied right off the bat. They made the whole process - from estimating a price for the scope of work to the large-scale removal and replacement of my roof with additional gutter and shingle work - remarkably smooth. Professional. Thorough. Transparent. Accommodating. They went above and beyond what I asked for. Even one of the owners of the company showed up to do some shingle work on site.

Landmark did an excellent job on my roof. I was especially appreciative of Ryan’s prompt attention to my inquiries, taking the time to answer all my questions in detail. He also was helpful when I needed to select an appropriate shingle color. He was always easy to reach and was great in communicating with me while the job progressed. The crew arrived on time and the work was completed in one day. Plus the crew did a fine job in cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Landmark to anyone who needs to have their roof replaced.

Landmark crew had over 80 years of slate repair experience and it showed. They put on custom made copper covers on soil pipes, replaced step flashing on three dormers, replaced all broken slate, and installed custom copper sheeting on top of small back porch roof. Excellent work.

Very professional and reliable, these folks have worked on my slate roof as required for several years now, as well as repairing/replacing some badly rotted wood gutters and associated areas. They come when they say they will, they explain clearly what needs doing and why, and they provide written price estimates in advance. After years of problems with other slate roofers, I'm delighted to have found them!

My husband called this company by recommendation. They sent Michael (Mike). I red all those negative reviews before so We did not know what to expect.
However, they gave the lowest estimate among other companies. Difference was as much as $10k for a split level home roof.
Now here is my advice. It all depends which crew will show up for your estimate and will do your job! As I understood by reading these reviews there are number of different crews. ASK FOR MIKE ROY to give you an estimate.

We were very happy with our experience with Landmark Roofing. Very professional and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. The crews were polite, punctual and great about cleaning up as they worked. Hal and Fred met all our expectations from budget, time line, and the finished product. We would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of slate roof repairs and maintenance. These guys did a very good job. I had three companies give estimates, Mike was the only one who actually got up on the roof to take a look. They got it done quickly, their guys were great to work with. After the job was done, there were a few small things that needed attention, Mike took care of them right away and took some time with me to give me advice other things that the house might need (things that Landmark does not do, so this was not for his own gain).
I highly recommend Landmark.

The project went absolutely perfectly right from the start. They responded immediately to set up a day and time to look at the roof. They came right on time. The estimate was dropped off the next day. When we selected them for the job, they came right away to sign the contract and schedule it. They said they could start the job in 3-4 weeks, and it would take 3-4 days to do the job. Then as 3 weeks approached they called and said they would be there on Thursday to start work. They had the entire job 99% done in 2 days! They kept the yard neat throughout the project.We knew that there would be some

Had these guys over for an estimate. (Wellesley) Came one week took pictures , then scheduled another appointment. I was wondering why there had to be 2 visits until i saw the proposal and my roof plan. Takes a little longer, but well worth it since now I know what i am getting for my money. Great Job, was worth the wait.

We met with Hal several times, drew up a contract, signed the contract after clarifying some items, and submitted our deposit in May 2016. The job was supposed to start within 10 weeks of signing the contract. Everything fell apart the week before Memorial Day. Fred, who is apparently a co-owner/partner, called my spouse asking for us to select a color immediately and wanting to start the job the day after Memorial Day. We frantically had to select a color but were excited the project would be started much sooner than expected.

NEVER CALL THESE PEOPLE. Absolute awful experience and a waste of my time.
March 17th - Hal, the rep, came to my house to evaluate my needs. Had a nice enough conversation with him. Hal pointed out some other areas of concern and I agreed to have them included in his estimate. Before leaving Hal said it would be a "few weeks" before he had the estimate to me since he was "very busy". I had no issue since I wanted the work done in the spring and it was only mid-March.
May 5th (53 days after initial consult) - I emailed Hal asking him when I could expect the estimates.
March 17th - Hal, the rep, came to my house to evaluate my needs. Had a nice enough conversation with him. I have lived in a 1929 Tudor home with a slate and copper roof since 2010. After experiencing roof leaks from ice dams in areas of the house that we had previously paid another roofer a small fortune to repair, I first called Landmark Roofing to remove the ice dams and then to fix the roof properly. First of all, when no one else would even pick up the phone let alone respond to my calls to remove the ice dams, Landmark not only responded but actually showed up a day early, and all the leaking stopped after they removed the ice dams.
