Putting a new roof on your home can seem like a daunting task. At Lifetime Roofing, our goal is to make the process as easy as possible for you. Once you've accepted our estimate and scheduled your installation with your service manager, here's what will happen next. Either the day of or the day before, we will deliver a dumpster, as well as your selected roofing materials to your property.
If you've had a leak in your roof, you probably noticed it inside your home first. So what do you do about fixing your ceiling and walls once the roof is repaired? Typically, you would have to find another contractor (or several!) to come in and perform these repairs. However, Lifetime Roofing can perform these repairs for you, thanks to our partnership with Concept Building, a luxury home builder.
In the Northeast, we typically see 4 types of roofing materials used for residential homes: asphalt shingles, which are by far the most common due to their reasonable pricing and longevity, but also cedar shingles and shakes, slate, and metal. Each material has its own unique benefits and style, and ultimately, it is up to the homeowner to decide which features and design are most appealing.

I'm honestly baffled by all these 5 star reviews. I've been in contact with Peter and tried multiple times to schedule an appointment with him to come look at our roof and I've been met with complete unprofessionalism. First appointment he cancelled at the very last minute. Then it took several days of back and forth with him to schedule another time. Finally got a second appointment set up, this time with another person (Dan), only for him to be a no show. Complete radio silence on their end. I don't normally write bad reviews - I get that they are busy, and I've been really patient - but this

I have to say, if you are looking for a roofing company, stop reading and call them. I have used several roofers over the years on multiple properties and this was by far, the best experience ever. We had a very bad wind storm, and a good portion of my roof came off (a local go to highly recommended roofing co. in North Reading did the work and it was slipshod; didn’t hurricane nail or use the tar strips so they blew off). I went on the web, saw the reviews and called LR. They called me back within an hour, i explained the issue, Pete (who is awesome) was out two hours later, gave me a quote

Lifetime Roofing is an outstanding contractor. After a heavy rainstorm, water was leaking into my house. While I was searching for a roofing company, I discovered that many roofers will only do full roof replacements and not bother with repairs. Paul from Lifetime Roofing got back to me very quickly and, after an inspection, recommended that the flashing be replaced in one area of the roof. This entailed stripping off the existing roof shingles to the wood deck and covering the entire deck and up the wall of the adjacent dormer with ice/water shield and then reinstalling matching shingles with

This summer we worked with Paul Baima and his team to install a new roof on our 23 year old house. I could not have been more impressed with the process and roof from start to finish. Everything was as scheduled and Paul went above and beyond to deal with the smallest of details. Paul and the workers returned without any reminders from me to make sure things were exactly right, did things that had nothing to do with the roof but that was discovered as things were being worked on.
