Update December 2021: We still have not made contact with anyone on the corrections needing to be done to fix the water damage in our bathroom that was here before we even moved into the home. We also still have not received the window screen that was promised in the closing paperwork. Dave is a joke, his company is the worst and obviously the 60+ people I myself have talked too about issues on their homes and myself are just not worth it to this company. Buyer beware, DO NOT BUILD WITH SALT CITY CONSTRUCTION!

Buyers beware, DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT build with salt city construction under any circumstance. This company does not stand by their work. My husband and I closed on our home 4 months ago and are still waiting for items to be fixed that we’re supposed to be handled before close. Too many items to list out. Attached are photos of the backsplash in the kitchen that the builder is refusing to fix saying the gap inconsistencies are our own problem because of the tile shape and colors we picked. DO NOT BUILD WITH SALT CITY CONTRUCTION. I have been in my home for 4 months now and am still awaiting items to be fixed. Items go as follows: Speckled paint on garage doors, hood vent sleeve missing, weather strip damaged on garage door, landscape, fence and gates are still not complete and were supposed to be done before close, damaged stucco, unaligned back splash from being ran into by Salt Cities subs, the list goes on and all items listed were pointed out during our walk through 4 months ago and was promised to be fixed inside of 60 days. Wonderful company they take commitment and the desire to construct homes seriously. As a person who has been involved in alot of construction with alot of different companies this one has proven their quality workmanship time and time again. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to be extremely satisfied with a complete project.

I have been in my home for 3 years. We moved in and all our exterior doors sagged and had gaps to let air in and out of the house none of the doors had the hardware plates on them after months of calling. I finally fixed them myself. One of the bedroom windows had a cracked frame and leaked water into the house through it. It took over 2 years to get them to get me a new window for that bedroom. Oh that isn't installed thats just ordered and delivered. I had to finally pay someone to install the window.

Had my trepidation's about building with Salt City after reading previous reviews. I decided to still go with them for price and location.
During the whole process there were many errors caught, salt city rectified most, but as cheap and easily as possible and not what was wanted/paid for. They forgot to put a roof overhang on the house that was extra. They put a window 6 inches off of center. They forgot to put in an extra gas line. They put in the wrong flooring. They messed up the 8x5 kitchen island and instead was finished wrong and is 7x4 1/2. They messed up my master make-up vanity which

So far I have not seen any ounce of wanting to make things right from Salt City. We moved into our new home at the end of June 2019 and since July 7th we have been waiting for someone to do the repairs/fixes on our home that should have been checked for before being sold. We luckily don’t have as severe problems as many of our neighbors. Don’t buy from these guys if you want quality work and professional work.

Working with Salt City Construction has been an absolute pleasure! I have built with other home companies before, and I have had some fairly terrible experiences.
