Steed Construction is growing and looking for qualified individuals for the following positions. We are constantly seeking out qualified subcontractors in every discipline to bring greater value to our customers and a higher level of quality to our projects. It is important that our subcontractor relations remain strong for everyone's benefit. To expedite payments to our subcontractors, all requirements for processing a pay application are provided herein. Your efforts up front in providing the required documentation and signatures will expedite your payments. Our processes and requirements are designed to expedite your payments while protecting us and our clients from liens and other exposures.
Steed Construction's insurance requirements have been developed to protect our customers, ourselves and all the subcontractors working on our projects. While these requirements have been developed with protection and safety in mind, we have also striven to make our insurance requirements fair and commercially reasonable for all involved.

I've been the owner's rep on 2 projects involving Steed as the general contractor. Each time, I've been thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and transparency. As an owner's rep, it's important that I have the information I need, the schedule stays on track, and the budget stays healthy. Steed has been that key partner for me on these projects and I look forward to many future projects with them.

We (Gravity Payments) hired Steed Construction to completely remodel our building in Boise. They were great to work with all along the way. This was a large project and many of the requests we had were not standard. They were patient and delivered high quality work on time. I would hire them again!
Services: Water fixture installation, Floor fitting, Interior decorating, Refurbishment, Drywall installation, Tile fitters, Remodelling, Exterior decorating
