Awful!!! My problems with Murray Glass started when my sliding glass shower door they installed shattered on my son while showering. When I called telling them what happened, they told me it wasn't their fault and I would have to pay for a new glass door. When I explained I just wanted the entire frame and door removed all together as well as the shattered glass cleaned up, they said I would still have to pay for labor. That wasn't happening and if anything I should get a refund. I've been waiting almost a week to hear back from a manager and still no response. Frustrated and worried about the

I ordered glass for my desk and credenzas and they arrived nearly 2 hours late to deliver it and did not call or advise me that they were going to be late or when they were arriving (on November 18, 2020). I had a client with me when they arrived since they did not come in the two (2) hour window I had arranged so they left and now I've been waiting for three (3) weeks for someone to call me to reschedule the delivery. I have found this all to be very unprofessional and discourteous.

I had a great experience with them with my frameless shower. Everything from measurement to install went extremely smoothly and professionally. They even indicated that they had sent a piece back to be redone, which gave me confidence that they only install what is up to their standard. 10/10 would order another from them.

Murray Glass provided a great product. I remodeled my bathroom and had three quotes, and Murray was competitively prices. After reading the yelp reviews, I chose them based on review and price.
I had euro frameless shower doors installed, a mirror from vanity to ceiling, and a mirror for the medicine cabinet door. I was a little nervous how it would all turn out.
The product is excellent. Perfect cuts, high quality flat polish, high end hardware for the euro door hinges, and I'll say perfect cuts again.
I actually provided my own hardware for the shower door handle and the cabinet door

Called for an estimate, it took 2 weeks! Placed the order, 2 weeks later they called and said their guy can be there in 2 hours, Well I have a schedule too, asked for the next available date...another week!, seems they can only work in my part of town on Tuesdays ? We recently moved into a home that needed some window spring & glass work, and we had a beyond-awful experience with Jones Paint & Glass who initially said we'd need to completely replace lots of windows (instead of easily repairing the springs or replacing the glass but not the existing expensive Milgard frames), and then after sending the initial quote that was all jumbled together wouldn't even respond to emails from us or our realtor (who was paying for some of the pre-existing work and needed a separate quote for that part).

The folks at Murray Glass saved our Christmas! After repeated attempts to get a piece of glass cut for our dining table from another company, we called Murray Glass. I had a simple job to be done--cut an existing mirror down to specific size. They quoted $5 per cut. I go to pick it up and they charge me for 2 cuts, which didn't make sense, since it should've been a single length-wise cut. I question them, they check in the back and confirm it was two, so I pay. They bring it out and I take it to my car. I inspect it and it was very clearly a single cut job. Yes, it was only 5 bucks extra, but it's more the principle of being over-charged. They also threw out the other half of the mirror they cut off. "Well, did you ask for it to be saved
