At this point we completed the Demo, hung the drywall and are putting the last finishing touches up. In addition to the interior renovations the exterior of the home was completely redone with all new wood work, paint, and masonry work.

Knowledgeable, Detail-oriented, Visionary, and Patient are the words that come to mind when I think of Mike and the Parker Construction team. I approached Mike to express my interest in renovating my kitchen into a modern, open-concept space. Do yourself a favor and just dont. If you do, make sure you understand all aspects of home construction, make sure you understand what's on paper because what's verbally explained is different.

Unfortunately the outline did not go into enough detail as verbally explained (my fault for not pressuring for more transparency in the documentation) which ended up paper vs verbal were different and expectations were verbally set higher.
