I began working in the construction industry by my father's side more than 20 years ago. I've had the privilege of being taught the trades from some of our regions best craftsmen. I branched out on my own and opened Ceccola Construction 18 years ago. I believe the company's success continues year after year because of our integrity, craftsmanship, and our continued enthusiasm toward our work.
Over the past decade, there have been numerous changes with roofing materials, warranties and installation methods. No one type of shingle or manufacturer is the best fit for every home. For this reason, Ceccola Construction has earned the Shingle Master Certification through Certainteed, Weather Stopper Certification through GAF and Signature Select Certification through Atlas.
You now have many choices when deciding what type of vinyl siding they will have installed on your home. As with most remodeling projects, no one manufacturer offers the best choice for every home. This is the reason we offer products from Mastic & Certainteed and are able to satisfy your style, color choice and budget.
As with most remodeling projects, no one manufacturer offers the best choice for every home. We carry a wide variety of Delaware replacement windows to offer you exactly what you want. Although white is by far the most common vinyl window color, our manufacturers offer almost any color you desire. Pella offers unfinished or painted wood interiors as well as many factory stained finishes.
Upgrading your doors not only increases the curb appeal of your home, it will make your home more comfortable and energy efficient. Old doors are drafty and can transfer an enormous amount of heat and cold through conduction of an under insulated door slab. Ceccola Construction offers steel and fiberglass entry doors from Therma-Tru and Pella as well as Simpson Wood doors.

Our latest project with Ceccola Construction was designing and constructing a year-round sun room/office attachment to an existing den coupled with construction of a new roof for the two rooms. Chris and his staff took our design ideas and constructed a sun room that exceeded anything we ever expected. Among other things, the Pella windows provide extensive lighting of and views from the sun room and the new HVAC system provides year-round heating and cooling of both rooms. Construction was done is such a way that the sun room and new roof seamlessly match the original outside design of the house

I’ve recently moved into a new house knowing I needed my roof and windows replaced. I asked around for recommendations mostly from friends and family and Ceccola Construction came up more than once. We had a full home window/door replacement which also included a large bay/casement window, a large picture/casement window and a sliding glass door. The entire process from start to finish was exceptional - cleanliness, courteous, great attention to detail, worked well with each other and always put us first as the customer. I am very satisfied with the work they have done. All employees are experts and are very professional. Christian worked hard to give me the most beautiful deck possible at an affordable price. Justin has the best design skills I've known. They were mindful of the water source knob even thought I didn't ask them, and I am very grateful for it. Several years ago, Chris looked at our leaking chimney and came up with a solution that many others had not been able to do. When it came time for a new roof, we called Ceccola. The crew was great, they fixed some structural issues, and were done in 2 days! The roof looks awesome and Chris was involved every step of the way. Great people and company.

I wanted an old deck demolished and a new one built. I had called several different people to give estimates and Ceccola was one of them. Chris was the only one who showed up with all the information he would need ahead of time. He knew, which I did not, that the existing deck never had a building permit nor was it to code. It was much too close to the property line. He didn’t take any measurements or really discuss what I wanted done. He was concerned with making sure I could do anything at all considering all the existing problems with the original deck. He contacted the town and it ended up
