By genuinely caring about our clients, a modest lawn service blossomed into a full-service firm that can meet nearly all outdoor needs. We're here to help whether you're a first-time homeowner with little experience or a commercial multi-property manager with many requirements.
Founded by Dan and Cathy Haught, MasterScapes has been helping clients improve outdoor spaces since 1992. While still in high school, Dan created and managed a small lawn maintenance business in an effort to better serve the customers of his father's tree trimming service. Many of those folks asked for more help and Dan responded.
The foundation for all other services. We love our clients and offer many extended services built on the foundation of consistent year-round property care. We can help you with all your landscape needs. Scheduled year-round visits include edging along walks and drives and blowing off hard surface areas.
Dan earned the degree of Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Abilene Christian University and was named Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. Dan is licensed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality as a Licensed Irrigator (#4426) and a Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester (#8740).

I wanted to take the time to express my gratitude for a job WELL DONE! I had contacted MasterScapes and spoke with Matt. I explained my water sprinkler problems and other issues that needed to be corrected. Matt was very courteous, kind, respectful and informative. After a brief conversation he scheduled a technician to correct what discrepancies that needed to be addressed.
The following day, Josh arrived and inspected my sprinkler system. We discussed the issues and he immediately derived a plan of action. He was knowledgeable and very efficient. Efficiency to the degree that I

Masterscapes has serviced my lawn for many years. They are dependable and always on schedule.They recently updated my landscaping with new plants, grass and shrubs and a lovely stone path to make the drought ravished back yard look like an English garden. Lovely! I recommend them to you they are great!
