We had a back yard that needed help, a great deal of help. Unique Landscaping efficiently and professionally improved the quality and beauty of our property. Overall, beautiful design that added sod, extended the patio, improved the water flow to eliminated water pooling issues, repaired the irrigation system, put in beds, and added plants that assisted with water issues where needed and color for three Seasons. You will see a 'dog digging pit' that I requested. This was a first for Unique and they did remarkably well from planning to executing (water drains and does not pool in the pit

Unique refurbished old landscaping around our newly ripped and replaced pool back patio. Mrs Kaufman came and worked up a design that much like herself was quirky yet a sound reason for everything. A year later and we could not be happier! Did everything go 100%? Nope - but how the Kaufman's took care of issues was spot on and left me feeling good about my choice to partner with them. Their post-install help has been stellar - answering any questions this purple thumbed customer may have. They even came by and checked on my landscaping at periodic intervals making suggestions recommendations

We were excited to get our new landscaping with Unique Landscaping. Our architect Donna provided us with very thorough drawings.
Most of the plants were beautiful and successful unfortunately, a few died immediately and weren't replaced as promised.
Additionally, the edging looked great in the front of the yard, but on the side yard it slopes instead of terraced, which looks like a cheap short cut. When my husband or I addressed concerns about these two issues nothing was fixed.
We purchased a one year yard maintenance contract and were even more disappointed.
It was expensive

It only took one visit to Uniques "tree lot" for us to decide to purchase a Nellir R. Stevens Holly tree for our new home in NRH! Great inventory, super friendly and informative about trees, options and their services. Hoping they'll find us a great Weeping Cherry tree to deliver and plant with the Holly!

This best decision I ever made was to engage Unique Landscaping to design, install and maintain my amazing two acres of outdoor living space. We had unique landscaping come in and transplant some plants for us and landscape a few old spots in our backyard. The price was pretty high for a half days work but we decide to move forward bc they would program the sprinkler system to fit the plant’s needs and reduce mosquitos.
Needless to say a year later and after following all of their instructions and repeated calls to their office on what to do with dying plants we got very little guidance. They said “Basically you are doing what you need to do with hand watering etc.”

I can't say enough good things about Unique Landscaping. Last summer they came in and reimagined our backyard making it a veritable oasis for our home. I love it. They added steps and flagstone extension to our pool area, pushed back original landscaping to the perimeter to open up our yard, removed trees and created retaining walls as well as a beautiful clean water rock bed for drain off and so very much more. After a significant delay in having them come out to evaluate the property and then patiently waiting for a design proposal, only to be told by Donna that essentially it's an all or nothing project which cannot be subdivided in order to meet my budget. They have a $2000 minimum project cost and the estimated job would be well over $10,000. When asked if the company could piece the project together, like doing some now and some later, I was met with an unwillingness to work together. Donna and her crew designed and constructed a beautiful backyard at our house, including a large patio, rock wall, brick path, and landscaping. The entire process went very smoothly.
