Alex was great! He came and diagnosed my garbage disposal issue, thankfully had the part in his truck, and the job was done in about 30 minutes. He even noticed something wrong with my dishwasher and offered to do a quick clean out of something (I don't know what it's called, I'm horrible with appliances).

I started Ducks Plumbing Heating Air to go above and beyond as your local Plumbing Heating Air service company. Before this I worked for one of the largest companies in Sacramento. After many years with that company I parted ways to start my new venture. I wanted to provide all of my customers with the experience of a top notch professional plumbing company at an affordable price.
With water heaters having more moving parts than ever before, things go out with normal use. The Ducks can diagnose and repair or replace any water heater issue. We also install tankless units with unlimited hot water and super high efficient Heat pump tanks. This technology allows up to pin point the exact location of drain back ups and damage to sewer pipe.

Alex and his team are bar none the best crew EVER. From diagnosis to quote to performing the work, they were unfailingly polite, neat and tidy, efficient, communicative, knowledgeable and flexible. They inspire confidence and, frankly, I can’t imagine anyone doing a better job. Prices are reasonable and time quoted was accurate. They show up on time and just get the job done. I’d like to nominate them for the Nobel Prize for plumbing and HVAC service, but there isn’t one. Highly and unreservedly recommend!

Alex is a great plumber. He is professional, on time and definitely goes the extra mile. He has done many repairs for me including improvising and improving an irregular faucet situation. He has spent time tracking down the correct part for a discontinued shower valve. Most plumbers would have given up. Alex knows how to make things work!
