They are not honest and like to blame the tenants instead of fixing something as simple as a clogged drain line because it's 3 floors up and they can't find the drain line. They just point blame at the person living their so that they are not responsible.

I had received 3 different quotes from local companies whom all told me I needed a new unit at around $6500. I contacted Beall AC and Kenny came out. He not only diagnosed the issue but fixed my AC at a great price. He saved me thousands of dollars on the purchase of a new system. My unit has been working great for over a year now. This company was recommended by my pool care company for installation of heaters. I had them install $8500 in pool heating equipment with associated warranties that they used as a selling point. Now when I have a problem with the heater, they not only won’t come out to check it, they won’t respond to any phone calls or give any explanation. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Find any alternative.
