Many sewer and drain problems start as a small almost unnoticed inconvenience, water may drain a little slower down the drain. Over time the drain can become completely clogged, and you will have standing water in your sink, shower, or tub. Then you have an emergency. We are experts at diagnosing and opening clogged drains and sewers, regardless of how far the problem has progressed.
D. J. Murray Plumbing has invested in state of the art hydro jetting equipment. This technology jets a stream of water at high pressure through a nozzle and breaks up most any type of clog. Hydro jetting can remove obstructions that motorized drain snakes will have problems with and it is safe for your pipes.

I needed a shut off valve replaced at the main, needed to coordinate with city to shut off water for the repair and to turn the water back on when repair was finished. This went as smoothly as you could hope for. DJ Murray was professional, returned calls, kept appointments. The repair estimate was in line with final bill. Very happy with this company and would use again.

We had a really poor experience with DJ Murray plumbing. We had them come out to fix a shower faucet. The plumber arrived stinking like cigarettes. The only "service" he provided was taking the faucet apart and telling us that he didn't have the correct part. He also told us that he wasn't going to take the time to go get the part either, but the company still charged us $90 for the "service" visit. He told us it would be another $90 to come back out with the part! My husband called and spoke with the owner, who eventually agreed to waive the service call fee to come back again (and actually do

I called DJ Murray to address a non operating sump pump. I called mid day and the receptionist told me to expect someone within two hours. Two plumbers, Dan and Tony were out in an hour to assess the job. Both were friendly, informative, hard working (Tony got soaked at our house putting tools away during a rain storm and still went onto another job at 7pm!) and showed great integrity in solving our sump pump issues.
