If the diagnosis on the claim involves an injury of any kind we need to find out the details of the incident. We will request an Injury Detail form to verify if there is any third party involvement. Your Surviving Spouse may continue coverage so long as your Surviving Spouse was covered as a Dependent under this Plan on the date of your death.

Apprentices in Local 33's 5 year UA Training program earn hourly wages while they learn their craft. Spending 246 hours in classroom training allows apprentices to learn the very latest technological advances in the industry and 1,700 - 2,000 hours of on-the-job training for contractors prepares apprentices for real-world situations.
