John went above and beyond to give us options available for our water heater, when we decided to replace it he had it installed quickly. He answered all of our questions and spotted a safety issued that needed to be addressed. We would definately contact him for any future issues.

John replaced our water heater recently, and we are very happy with the experience. He was very responsive, even offering to come over same day if needed. He did the work with care and precision. He put down drop cloths and left things cleaner than he found them. And the price was very reasonable compared to some others in the area. I'm very impressed with the way John does things, as both a plumber and a business owner. I would definitely recommend his work.

I called Richardson Plumbing when I had a plumbing emergency. John squeezed me in between two clients as he was in the neighborhood. He realized the fix was a quick one and did the job right then. He was kind, professional and answered all of my questions which were plentiful!! I am so grateful I called him. Will recommend to family and friends and so happy to have a plumber I trust!
