Very unprofessional! Shows up and backs over the bushes next to my driveway. No apology or anything. Wearing a 70's style button up ragged shirt. Then the real kicker. I show him where he can access the problem. He then asks me for a bucket, paper towels and some cardboard! What?! Who shows up at a customers house to do a job and ask them for several things he needs to do that job? Turns out he had a bucket anyway-apparently just didn't want to use it. Then he says as he is leaving, I'm going home to shower, that was gross. Unprepared and unprofessional!

Called this company due to a clogged overflowing toilet. The gentleman who answered was rude and told me to call someone in the morning. Was rude, and I'm sorry if its a after hours line for emergencies should be more polite. This time I give it one star just mainly cause of the rudeness I was given by the gentlemen. He claimed I called 100 times and I only called 5 according to my call logs on my phone. Won't do business with a company who is going to be rude to their customers.
