I have used Sportsman's 4 times and they have been excellent every time. They have replaced my furnace, repaired a leaky toilet, replaced a bad faucet and then did a general education session for me on the well, pump, and septic system at my house as I am new to having those. Jordan and Clayton and their whole team are responsive, professional and reliable. I highly recommend them. Clayton even talked me through a potential frozen pipe situation over the phone and we were able to troubleshoot it and resolve it without a service visit. I really appreciate that level of customer service.

Sportsman's was amazing for me! I was concerned with a smell coming from my furnace and called after hours. I received a call back and they sent a technician over the next day to check our system. He determined our furnace was shot and shut it down. He left me with space heaters to use until they could replace it. The process of replacing the 21 year old furnace was painless! I would recommend this company to anyone! I was also given pointers on maintenance for my air conditioner as well as other information to benefit my system. Amazing is all I can say!

Called Clayton to have someone stop by to look at our 10 year old nat gas furnace. Had a service person out that afternoon and confirmed we needed a new heat exchanger. After checking with his supplier we found the heat exchanger was under warranty and Clayton ordered the new part and was installed the next day. We paid the labor to install the new heat exchanger and after installation the service man confirmed the furnace was working at 97% efficiency. Really good people. Will not hesitate to call them again if needing work done on our home heating system. 5 stars

I called them as an emergency I was having at my new home. They were able to diagnose the problem, it was a clogged sewer drain out near the street. They hired someone that attempted to remove the clog and that person ended up flooding my basement with sewage. I had to gut my basement and file an insurance claim. After multiple attempts, they were unable to clear the drain. They said sorry, can’t help you. I had to pay them $1500 for their services and I now have an empty gutted basement. They told me I would have to replace my sewer pipe and it would cost about $25,000. I hired another company

Our hot water heater was leaking and we called Sportsman's. Their google reviews are a good representation of what to expect - responsive, on-time, fairly priced, and professional. We had no hot water, so they made our job a priority. They didn't leave behind a mess and it was clear what the next steps were from start to finish. We will be calling them in the future!
