In 2005, I set out with the idea that new homes should be exactly that - homes, not houses. The intent was to create places that were warm, comfortable and personal. Additionally, I wanted to include the luxuries and conveniences we all associate with well-appointed lavish homes, but I wanted to do it in smaller homes that were more conducive to daily life.
Located on a quiet new cul-de-sac off of Huron Street, this project offers a limited number of opportunities for new construction in the highly sought-after Tuscaloosa-Lakewood Neighborhood. A number of perennial favorite B. Wallace semi-custom home styles, inspired by a variety of architectural styles including American Craftsman, European Cottage, and Farmhouse Contemporary, will be available in this community.
For over 80 years, Durham's Hope Valley has been as sought after as any community in the Triangle. Twenty five years ago "New Hope Valley" was built for those attracted to the beauty, convenience, and ambiance of the old neighborhood. Until now, there have been very few opportunities for new single family homes in this coveted area.
The Reserve at Cresset Overlook combines a premier location, uniquely private home sites and architecturally inspired semi-custom home designs. The collection includes plans and finishes inspired by a variety of architectural styles including American Craftsman, European Cottage, Prairie Contemporary, Mid-Century Modern and Farmhouse Contemporary.
Phase II of Emorywood opened in late 2018 with 16 lots, and it continued to offer the variety of unique home styles offered in Phase I. This phase concluded our work in the Emorywood community. Located just a stone's throw away from Guglhupf and Fosters, these four lots offered an exciting chance to live in the Lakewood-Tuscaloosa community.

Best builder; BEST homes in Durham. The intelligent designs, attention to quality framing and finishing, engagement of staff with buyer, and reliability in meeting the contract have made this experience excellent. Britney and her staff run very, very good teams on the ground. She is a master builder. We feel fortunate to have our experience with Ms. Wallace.
