Little Corner replaced a few large sections of masonite siding on my house with Hardie board. They also fixed some rotted soffit / fascia boards. And installed new gutters. As part of their bid, Neil took the time to explain their install practices for the Hardie board, including what things they do carefully that other contractors might leave out. This was not a "sales pitch" type presentation, but just full of useful information about how stuff gets installed.

I give this company my highest recommendation. We hired Little Corner to perform a series of renovations and repairs to our home in Chapel Hill. These included: new fiber cement board siding, new exterior paint, new gutters, a new crawl space moisture barrier, and a new underground rainwater drainage system to stop flooding in the front yard. Little Corner's contractors were well-organized, professional, performed excellent-quality work, and completed the work on schedule. We recently completed a pretty extensive interior renovation with Little Corner: knocked down a wall, put another one up, updated the bathroom, new drywall/paint everywhere and refinished the hardwood floor. We met with three contractors, and Little Corner was not only the most honest and reasonable in terms of cost, but also the most straightforward and helpful.
