AquaFi REPIPED my ENTIRE house. House was built in 1973, with galvanized piping which had rusted out in several areas UNDER the slab. AquaFi workers repiped the entire house in less than 8 hours! Removed & replaced outdated fixtures. The ENTIRE TEAM was knowledgeable, skillful & extremely professional. The work they did was AMAZING! I just cannot say enough Good things about this experience.

DO NOT use AquaFi. They don't value their customers and do not take accountability for their mistakes. We had our AC installed by AquaFi. One year later we asked for them to come and service our AC. Their technicians came, completed the service, and said that everything looked fine. After they were gone for about 30 minutes we noticed that the house was getting warmer and warmer. I called their office and told them this and they said they would send someone back to look at it but they would need to change me for any additional work done. OVER 4 HOURS LATER our house was over 80 degrees inside and

Excellent experience! Glenn came to install a toilet and two new faucets. He was very friendly, helpful and worked quickly. He did an excellent job! I appreciated his advice and feedback on future plumbing work and I will be calling on AquaFi and Glenn soon for new shower head installations! I think that their pricing structure is fair and that they’re honest.

We were connected to AquaFi thru Lowe's to install a water softener. The process went smoothly and we are satisfied with the professionalism of the worker's they sent out to do the detail and the installation. We also had some follow up questions on salty water and lower water pressure, which they quickly sent someone out to address. Would use them again in the future.

Was fortunate to have the owner come out to address my issue. I thought i was going to need a leak detection but it was not needed. Joe was extremely professional and even dealt with me looking over his shoulder and asking questions. Turns out my main shut off valve at the house was leaking to the tune of a 500$ water bill this month. A big thanks for being honest and helpful. I will definitely recommend and use Aquafi as my go-to guys in the future...a big thanks again Joe.

I rarely take the time to post a review, but Shane from AquaFi did a great job for me the other day. He very quickly assessed the water leak in my front yard and suggested a quick and easy (for him, at least) fix that turned out to be surprisingly inexpensive. This was only my first experience with AquaFi, but I will certainly contact them again, should I need help with anything else in the future.

Was contracted by Lowes to use Aquafi for my hybrid water heater install. Every step of the way this company exceed my expectations and set the gold standard for wonderful customer service. From the initial phone call setting up my appointment the day I purchased the water heater, Aquifi was spectacular. They arrived before the scheduled install time and called to confirm their arrival time. The installer was an expert and answered all of the questions I had. They even called me for a followup survey to make sure everything was good. Five stars!
