Prior to commencing any work in the field, new construction and building retrofits come with pre-plans. These pre-plans include a blueprint of the building, including location of pipes, junctions and panels. Our Project Managers complete a comprehensive review of the pre-plans to confirm the means and methods of construction required to attain the desired goal.
Following review, a bid cost is calculated. As part of our plan review, we provide feedback listing areas of the plan that need revision. One example of feedback provided was a plan that called for hub drains per floor, when one hub drain for the entire building would suffice. We see plans that have too few or completely omit critical plumbing components.
Notifying General Contractors and clients prior to completion of the final contract saves time and possible error for unexpected costs that may occur after construction begins. Often, contractors quote based on the initial building plans and once on-site, technicians suggest changes to the design.

A commercial septic system is necessary when there is no public sewage in the area. Convenience stores, hotels, schools, and apartment buildings are commercial buildings that require septic systems in place of a public sewer. One of the most critical components of any septic system is the drain field.
Most business owners have much to consider in the daily operations for their companies, and gas lines are not typically at the top of the list, until something goes wrong. However, problems with your gas system can cause serious issues not only for your business, but place your employees, customers, and property at risk.
A sudden problem with your water heater can be disruptive to your business. If we determine your commercial water heater is too far gone to repair, we may recommend replacing your system. Generally, our team will recommend the most cost effective solution: to repair the current system. If your business has an older heater that is in constant need of repair, we highly recommend replacing it with a new one.
Drain systems in commercial buildings are unlike residential systems in terms of complexity and have the potential to clog - this can result in serious asset damage. With over 30 years' experience in commercial plumbing, Heichel Plumbing services various clients, including food service establishments.

Techs were not prepared when arrived. Took 2 hours because they had to go back to their office to get leak detector then charged my mom $300 to find a leak in 10 mins. And the owner then would not even speak to my mom about the techs charging her for the drive to the offices do back to her residence. He plainly stated that “she was trying to get something for nothing ”. Very unprofessional from start to finish! Also the customer service rep lied about pricing.☹️

Not recommended. Hired them to unclog a toilet at my office because I wanted to support a local small business. They charge by the hour but don't disclose up front that it's a separate charge per person if there are two employees there. They spent half the time yelling on their phones, disturbing everyone in the entire office and not actually working. When they finally finished, they took twice as long and charged twice as much than anyone I've hired to unclog a toilet before. I tried calling the office twice to see if anything could be done about this outrageous bill or at least explain what was

I had told them the problem, when the plumber got there he verified the problem and tighted the valve that was leaking all within 45 seconds of pulling in the driveway. He said, that will be $150, and went to write up the receipt. I asked what we should do if it stays to leak again. He said we would have to change the valve. I asked why we shouldn't just change the valve now. He said, he didn't know if he had the part, but he checked and he had one. He changed the valve in about 10 minutes and charged me $35 additional for the part. AWESOME! My complaint is that he should have changed the valve

We had a major project as a pipe broke underneath the foundation of our home. The concrete inside the home had to be removed and new pipes run across the span of the property. They did a great job and really made me feel comfortable explaining step by step what was being done. They way the approached the project went a long way in relieving my anxiety. I would highly recommend them.

Had a water break the morning before I had to leave town, the plumbers showed up same day, $90 an hour for the plumber himself and a $45 travel fee to Winter garden. No emergency fees of any kind. Parts were very reasonable and work was on point. Would definitely recommend them for good work and very respectful workers.

I work for a small restaurant, we had a pipe burst at closing. We called several different plumbing companies, no one could come out to help us. I called Heichel Plumbing, and they were able to come right out. They helped us shut off the water and they were back first thing in the morning to fix the pipes before we opened. They are by far the one of the best plumbing companies I have found. They will be my first call for plumbing from now on. I just want to say Ruben was very knowledgeable and took great care of us.

I used Heichel Plumbings residential service, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Their Plumbing Techs were very professional. The Crew that came in to install my repipe were the best. They answered every question that I had. Had us up and running in just 3 days. Jay even walked my dog before he left. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to all my neighbors and friends.
