We needed a plumber to run all the lines for our new basement bathroom and wet bar. Craftsman Plumbing was one of about four bids we got for the project. Although they were not the cheapest bid, the cost was comparative to the others. We were impressed by the professionalism and expertise they offered. Throughout the whole process, they were honest and upfront about everything. They worked with us to explain options when problems arose with the original plan. I scheduled an appointment on Tuesday, 10/26/2021 for a plumber to come out & give us an estimate to run a gas line for a fireplace. Appointment was scheduled for today (10/29) between 10-noon. My husband sat around waiting only for no one to ever show up nor even call. We weren't even given the opportunity to see how their services were & I assure you, we won't now. Onto someone who keeps their appointments or at least has the deceny to call & ask to reschedule if necessary.

We are so grateful that Nathan came out today. We had a problem with our bathtub faucet leaking. He was willing/able to come out the day we called, he was honest about our problem and gave us great advice on how to proceed, and he wore a mask which we really appreciated. We look forward to having him here again to work on updating our bathrooms! A very pleasant man to have in your home!

Our downstairs bathroom was flooding with sewage. Toilet and shower drain backing up. I called craftsman and they were able to get someone out within an hour!!!! Don was extremely nice, worked very quickly and we were charged very fairly. I will absolutely be using their services in the future for any repairs or service calls needed! Thank you guys so much!

I really wanted to give this company higher rating, but I'm being generous with 2 stars.
I called to get estimates to get a bathtub that I already purchased installed, their estimate was in line with others I got. I decided to go with them.
Jacob was on time and very nice. Unfortunately the day he came to install the tub others had called off work so he came solo. Actually maneuvering an alcove tub into position is a 2 person job, so I helped him lift, twist and move this 100 lb tub into position. After much drywall cutting, we got it in.

Service was on rime. Plumber was fast at finding problem. Left to get parts to do the repar, after giving the cost to repair. I thought it was high in relation to the amount of time to do the repair, however, it seem to have been a good repair. I would recommend this service to any Mobile Home owner
