Just completed the installation of a new gas fireplace insert. I chose to have a licensed plumber (Arch Plumbing) tap and run the gas line back to the fireplace. The fireplace installer just had to hook up to the gas line placed by Arch.
I highly recommend Arch plumbing for their cooperation, price, patience and work quality.
Arch came out on Thursday and gave me a bid (reasonable considering my short time frame), then returned the following Monday and installed the gas line.
Both (Arch & fireplace installer) came the same day and worked together very professionally.

A neighbor recommend Arch Plumbing & I was blown away by the professionalism from the first moment I contacted them. Denise was so kind and helpful and answered all my questions right away. Once I scheduled our new water heater, the service tech called with his arrival time and was prompt and professional on the job. Recently the attention to detail seems to be lacking in the service industry, but not at Arch Plumbing. I would call them again in a heartbeat!

We had tile installed in 3 bathrooms in mid September 2021 and when the installers went to do the finish work, each toilet was already fired with a neoprene ring, which they did NOT remove, but instead placed a wax ring over the of the neoprene gasket. This serious blunder caused all three toilets to rock on a perfectly level floor. I didn't know this. I only knew the toilets were wobbly when used, and that's not a good thing. I called Arch and Kyle came out a day later. He discovered the egregious oversight and showed me the evidence of the original installer's inability to properly set a toilet

Out of 5 plumbing companies I tried to give my business to these are the only ones that were able to come out soon and not give me the run around. Quality workmanship, replaced quite a few things, and all work great. Will definitely use again. Matt the installer was great and Brady will shoot you straight, on pricing whether you are providing materials or they are .....even telling me a couple things I should wait to do since they were very functional and newer. Very competitive. Nice Work!

Arch Plumbing was a good choice for me. I had them put in a few new outdoor spigots and a main water shut off valve. After contacting several other plumbers that were either non responsive or not interested, it was nice to find a local company that was able to get me scheduled in within the week. The work was done very professionally, cleaned up after themselves and left my house like they found it. I will use them again for my next project!
