Burl took $9,000 from me and my family. He said it was a deposit for permits but he'd never paid for permits. He promised to repay the money 60 days ago but never did. He said his employees stole from him and he has fallen on hard times. So he has to pay us back over time. He said he sent us a partial refund check in the mail but never did. He allegedly sent it to the wrong address. He hasn't repaid our money. He has our $9,000 and we have nothing to show for it but headache and heartburn. If I could give negative stars I would.

Burl is the best! An expert who ensures the job is perfect. My experience with landscape companies is they are often over confident, slow to get jobs done, underwhelm and overcharge. Simply the Best! I am extremely picky and detail orientated. I found my match in this full service landscape design company. I'd shopped 6 other companies and not only did Harlow come out on top, they exceedied my rather lofty expectations and then some. Extremely creative. Very professional. On time. On budget. Quite an amazing and rewarding experience. Trust Burl, Ric, Angel and his team. They will NOT let you down! I have NEVER left a review for any company on yelp... until now. If you need a complete revamp of your landscape, save yourself the hassle of guessing who may or may not work

We had Harlow Landscape install turf in our backyard, they are hands down one of the most professional companies I have ever had do work at our house. The owner Burl came out several times during the install to ensure all was going smooth and all of my questions were answered. The entire experience was awesome and we have received so many compliments on the turf, thanks!

Harlow did a good job with our yard but unfortunately very poor with customer service. Our turf grass sank and we had other issues. It has been over a year of back and forth, they were going to come then they don't show up. This happened multiple times. They give good service to new customers but not so good in maintaining good customer service to old customers. They are not bad people but needs to respect people's time. The true test of any good contractor is AFTER the job has been completed if they will stand by their work.

Burl & Rick provided us guidance, patience then quality result. Was admittedly "blind sided" by cost of such effort for our home as we discussed economics with multiple landscape firms. Harlow though provided us ongoing options and truly listened to our communications as to desired style needs. Daily staff on hand incredibly polite and clean. Job site not ever left in disarray. With mutual need to invest a month of our life in this project was happy to have aligned with Harlow.
