We requested for estimate to change the pipes ,it was about 20ft pipes and estimate was around 900$ .ok ,we paid ,but they change only 10% of the pipes then we requested -they refund us back only 150 $ .so ,they did not finished requested job which we paid ,and they robbed us .One picture is what we requested and paid ,another picture with red mark is only what they reaper .would not recommend them .i called them ,to complain ,ask if they want to come in and see by self why we feel robbed -they try to sell me some demagogic answers without any sense .stay away .

I recently had a main water line leak under the driveway at my house. Home Services of the Triad came out, assessed the situation, and took care of all requirements related to the leak quickly and efficiently. They did a great job at a very fair cost for me. I will use Triad for any plumbing needs that may arise in the future. Excellent company and great employees.

Everything about this experience was excellent from the time I called, to the booking, follow-ups and installation. They were able to answer all my questions and get me a quote, scheduling was easy, they notified us when they were on the way, did a great job on the install, and cleaned up everything. Everybody was polite and pleasant to work with and they made sure the range was installed exactly to the manufacture's spec and code. I will definitely call on them again if we need service.
