The technician showed up extremely late. I am not sure if its customary to ask the customer to provide water for carpet cleaning services, but I provided the water. There were dry areas indicating that the entire area was not fully cleaned. I could see a clear difference between the cleaned areas and the areas that were missed. These areas were not hard to reach areas nor was furniture hindering the cleaning process…just a lack of integrity in services provided. Job was complete in less than an hour which was expected because it was a small cleaning job, but results were disappointing.
