Hands down the best experience we have ever had dealing with repairs or renovations. We recently had a water damage event caused from upstairs room flooding into dining area. Damage required ceiling drywall be cut out in four places, but Kevin and team quickly took care of it from A-Z, removing the water on both floors then drying, mold prevention, repairing and repaint all as a seamless operation. Kevin and team were always available by text or phone and very responsive to our concerns

My basement flooded and I was lucky to find Hamilton's. They came out on short notice, got rid of the water and then disinfected and dried the carpet. This was my first experience with a flooded basement so it was great to find someone experienced and reliable.

HIGHLY recommend Hamilton’s Unlimited, LLC. Kevin came to our house and stretched the carpet, did urine spot treatments on spots where our dog has had accidents and cleaned all of the carpets. He took his time and made sure every step was done to his full potential! I’m highly impressed and satisfied with how our carpets turned out. He gave us suggestions and explained everything very well. We will be using Kevin from here on out!

AMAAAAAZING WORK, stupendous!! I got our carpets cleaned to surprise my mom and I am so pleased with the results. I got what I paid for. I know that he had a lot of stains to deal with. I live in an apartment and he was able to clean my carpet with no hassle, no problems going down the stairs, no problems with parking or entry. My carpets looked so dingy and dark and it was very obvious, but that was no challenge for him. I ONE MILLION percent recommend them, the work is impeccable! He is very friendly, interactive, funny and respectful. Bonus part!: I had a terrible experience with another carpet

Outrageous price, no contract upfront, took $1000 deposit for cutting the ceiling, drywall and used dehumidifier for a very small area. Was not able to identify the leak. When i asked to remove the steel cover under the deck door to further investigate the leak, he said, its not his job and will cost more and said to contact someone else for that. Would not refund portion of the deposit, will never recommend him to anyone

Hamilton's Unlimited was here before the plumbers and had my house back to normal in less than four days - including new drywall and paint.
On a Sunday evening a huge clog backed up the drain for both of my 2nd Floor bathrooms and the water ran down into my 1st Floor ceiling. I got the water turned off and called the plumber and Kevin at Hamilton's Unlimited. Since I also have a Powder Room on the 1st Floor, I told them both it can wait until Monday morning.
Early the next morning the plumber called to say they were running ahead of schedule and asked if they move me up. Of course I told them

One of the best businesses I've ever had the pleasure of hiring. Kevin spent all day cleaning my carpets which unfortunately brought out more stains left by animals from the family that owned the home previously. He came out the next day and totally fixed everything, at no additional charge. He also power-washed my deck and it looks brand new!

I had contacted Kevin to get an estimate for cleaning the carpets in the house we had just purchased. After the final walk through of the house we decided that we would rather replace the carpets. I contacted Kevin to tell him of the change in plans and he informed me that they also sell and install new carpet. We were in the middle of selling our old house, moving into the new one and my wife's work schedule was very hectic.
