My heater went out, called Thorne and Chris came out and got my heat up and running and was very knowledgeable and honest with the work he does. I would not hesitate to contact them again. It is a blessing to have found them because you do not see people who are as passionate and real honest and work with pride as much as Chris. Thank you for your service.

I've used Thorne Heating, Cooling, and Home Repair's services for about two years now and am consistently impressed and pleased with the responsiveness and overall high level of professionalism. Chris is transparent with his assessments, explains his recommendations in detail, and has suggested maintenance which was less costly than alternative options. Very responsive, usually able to complete the required work within 24-48 hours. I could not recommend more enthusiastically.

He did a great job running new electrical wiring and installing hubs for ceiling lights and fans in three rooms. Then he helped us install the fans just because he was already there. He was very respectful of our new carpet and placed his own carpet runners so we didnt have any mess to clean up. We live in Fond du Lac and his prices made him worth calling. We work an odd schedule but he was very flexible on scheduling in a time that worked. Awesome job!

I had the pleasure to have Thorne Heating (Chris) replacing my obsolete furnace. Before settle with him I inquired with at least 9 providers around since it was a major purchase. Thorne Heating not only gave me one of the best quotation but he provided the best warranty/labor warranty and they use one of the top rated furnaces!

Thorne did a great job installing a new furnace for me last week. He was on time, communicated well, and I felt like I got a lot of value for my dollar. Furnace went out today and called around but Chris was the only one who responded and said he could get the job done today at a very reasonable price. Chris replaced and enhanced our entire HVAC setup. I can't imagine it going more smoothly or getting a better result. He is truly an expert who cares about his work and is very detailed oriented. He also has good communication skills, which if you've dealt with a lot of contractors you'll know is rare. I would not hesitate to hire him again. Recommended.
