Had a humidifier install on my furnace. They suggested the one I was told to use by a friend so no cray upsell that's nice. The price was competitive and fair. There was an issue after the install was completed they came out quickly and resolved it no extra charge. Far company would use them again.

This is a great company to do business with. They installed a new A/C and new water heater for me last years, and they just installed a new heating system for me this fall. I am very happy with the projects they have done. Everything was done with great quality and with a great finish. David B. was the leading technician on the heating system install this year. He and his colleague Mike did an excellent job with the install. Everything not only working great, they also look great. :) The back office and the management were also great people to work with.

I wish I could give it he entire team a 10+ rating! Everyone from the first phone has been amazing. They came right out to assess my problem, found the issue and shown me my options. Came back the next morning and installed a new furnace. There was also an issue with my central air unit and instead of putting any money into my 20 year old unit, I opted for a new one. Sure enough, they were back out the very next morning to install it. David was also just super. No one pressured me at all, they were not here as just a salesman, they truly care for their customers. This my 1st time replacing the heater and AC.Cesar came to check my old equipment did a great job explaining to me the all the info on things that need to get done…. I Did not get to see the start of this project, but got to see the middle and end. Boy!!!! Turn out to be AMAZING!!!! Huge shout out to Service Plus Heating & Air Conditioning. From the initial meeting with Caesar for a estimate, the follow up and follow threw. He showed up on time. He was very professional, courteous, a genuine human being. Came up with a few options to fit my needs and budget. We signed a contract for an entire system. Furnace, A/C and water heater. High efficiency!!! PJ showed up on Monday to begging and they finished on today. PJ was being professional. Answered all my questions and was very patient. I highly recommend this company. Service Plus helped me couple of days ago with my furnace. We had one of the worst weather in decades this week and unfortunately I was having problems with my furnace at 3:00 AM. I called multiple companies however Service Plus (Owner - Cesar) was the only one willing to come at 6 AM in that weather. His wife who was the after-hours scheduler that morning was very friendly and understood the situation I was in. She promised that she will call be back soon and did call me back within few minutes with the time someone could be at my door.
I found Cesar to be very professional and customer satisfaction
