Our furnace wouldn't heat on the morning of a winter storm advisory. I texted Marco around 6:15 am, and he responded with 30 minutes to schedule a technician. Johnny came over and discovered the gas valve needed replacement. He was able to secure a new valve and complete the repair within the next hour. 5 Stars to this company!

Maximum does great work for a very reasonable price. They went out of their way to handle a warranty claim on a water heater that was installed by another contractor which saved me almost $1000...few other contractors would go to that hassle. They came on short notice and left the area cleaner than they found it. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Maximum is the best residential HVAC company I've worked with. They always answer a call and come out to assess the problem extremely quickly. Service like theirs is rare these days and they are very reasonably priced for the services they provide. Friendly associates and willing to explain in detail what repairs are needed or may be needed in the future.

My ac went out on one of the hottest weeks in August. After speaking with Marco, he reassured me they would have someone out ASAP to address the issue. When they arrived they were professional, kind and gave me a great deal (I had shopped around). They also explained my future needs and the safety hazards of my current unit. Again, after doing my homework they were the most competitive by far and showed so much care and concern to my situation and unexpected expense. My 20+ year old AC broke down on a Friday evening when it was 95 degrees outside and humid. I called Marco at 8:30pm on Friday night and he arrived at 9:30am on a Saturday morning for my AC repair. It was a quick fix and we were up and running for the sweltering weekend! He was very professional, knowledgable, and efficient with realistic pricing - especially for a Saturday morning appointment! We are definitely calling him for our AC/Furnace replacement this fall!
