This company got contracted by our city to repair our entire street. Several of my neighbors and I have been very impressed by them. They have worked very fast and are trying hard to be as accommodating as possible. They have been respectful and polite. Too bad all construction companies aren't like them. We would gladly welcome them back any time.

The City of Parma has paid this poor excuse for a company to replace water lines on Brookdale Ave. We have been living in what could only be described as a war zone for 5 months now. They've completely shut our street down to a one lane dirt road with no regard for the people who live there. Resident's were given a steel plate to drive over in order to get over the ditches that were dug in front of driveways. No notice is ever given regarding water shut off. Their workers seem baffled when someone has the nerve to dry to drive down our one lane dirt road and they have to move a tractor or work

Zero Stars! These guys are doing construction on Genesee Ave. in Mayfield Heights. They're waving me through a tight spont between their trucks on one side and the excavator on the other, while the excavator is still moving, and they left some equipment in the road - scratched my car all up. Two calls to the owner and no action. Time to lawyer up!

I am really sick of the frequent near-collisions caused by your vehicles pulling out of the yard on West 25th. Your drivers often just pull into traffic with no regard for the safety of others. I have had to slam on my brakes on multiple occasions, stopping within feet of your trucks. I have even had to drive onto the sidewalk to avoid your trucks, and have witnessed others doing the same. Start using a flagger at that intersection before your drivers hurt someone. There is simply no excuse not to.

I giving Terrence Construction 2.5-because they've done some good things; yet they've neglected other things!
*POSITIVE POINT*:on March 27th they turned off our water for about 8-10 hours, but they failed to turn it back on before they left for the day. When I got home that evening at 830p and not having water I placed a call to PROJECT SUPERVISOR DARREN SINGLETON who had one of his guys come out and turn on the water from the street... so finally at about 9:15 that evening I finally had water.
*NEGATIVE POINT* on Friday, May 17th Terreance Construction gave a notice to all the residents on Fulton

I wouldn't even trust this company to patch a 3' x 4' hole in the pavement that they dug because they can't. Before it had even been a week it sank 2 inches. They couldn't even dig up the pavement without getting out the hammer for their backhoe. I could patch this better with a small plate compactor and some cold patch. They were back out here just this past Monday and seemed to notice it had sank quite a bit but apparently didn't care enough to do anything about it. You know they're a terrible company when they can't even patch a freaking hole that they dug right.

Subcontracted by ATT to do some work. Came in my back yard to fix some one else's problem, we warned them we had a dog, left the gate open anyway when they were done, dog got out, when confronted they chucked and said "aww man" and didnt offer to help at all (while sitting in my neighbors lounge chair on her patio) My wife was home with out 2 year old who was sleeping as well. Thank God a random stranger saw him and picked him up in his truck and brought him to use..
Long story short - random strangers are better at fixing this company's mistakes then they are.

RUDE! 3 of their workers stood on my front lawn dancing around socializing. When I asked them to leave I got attitude and refusal. My wife had asked them to stop smoking on our property. She had to go ask them a second time and was given more attitude and told to go back in to our house. They blocked are drive way several time without asking. They were contracted by AT&T to hook up a line for our neighbors. Horrible people. I called the manager twice left voicemail's with no responses. Don't do business with them!!!
