Marcos,the owner is a man with no word to honor, NO QUALITYjob,NO PUNCTUALITT, if you have leaks Marco's will Not fix it Marxos talks and talks and will involve you into contracting him. PLEASE if you don't believe me contact me I will show you the contract pictures and texts and e mails how he would not care about you or his job after he has taking your money.

Q construction. Well the Owner Marco's is not a man of his word. He build me a patio and I had to actually be there outside to watch what kind of materials was he using. One morning he try to use wood from other construction...a used one. MARCOS talks about he will process you everything is fine, after the finished my patio on the first rain I had leaks,call him and he came a week after, other rain ...other leak, he try to fix and nothing ,I keep calling him and text him and he has write me telling me that he will come on certain day or certain time and nothing. Marco's has no word to honored so

Q Construction had to replace my entire roof on the fixer upper I bought. My prior contractor had just tried to patch things and made a bigger mess and more leaks than when I started. Marcos, from Q Construction, came in and assessed the need, provided very reasonable quotes for two options to address the needs, and finished my entire job quickly after I selected my choice. They expedited the job as I had several leaks and we were getting ready to have heavy storms. My roof is great! I highly recommend this company.

Customer service was great. But this is where everything went bad. The person doing the estimate told me he would get me the estimate in a few minutes. An hour later I call, still no estimate. He tells me in a few hours. 3 hours later I call no estimate. He tells me by end of day. Call him next day in the afternoon, now he doesn't pick up the phone. It has been a week and still haven't heard from this guy. I have had someone already come and complete the job and still am waiting to see if this guy ever calls me back since he doesn't pick up his phone.
