Woke up in the middle of the night to hear water dripping through my ceiling into a bedroom. Starting blindly calling roofers the next morning, which was a frustrating experience -- I now have a list of places with whom I'll never do business. But then I got to Roof Surgeons! Casey answered on the first ring, came out the next day, and fixed it on the spot. We've had several severe storms since and not a drop has come inside. Highly recommended!

Like some others we called about a leak in our roof this past November. He showed up the next day and did about 30 mins of roof glue, took $300 and told us he’d come back if we had any more
issues. The repair did not help at all, we called so many times and he kept dodging the calls. Very disappointed. I never write reviews, but this was very disheartening and just a bummer.

I called today because we had an area in our attic where rain and snow would enter b/c of some sort of defect in our roof. I spoke to Casey who came out the same day, he appeared knowledgeable, he was friendly and incredibly efficient. He had my roof repaired in less than an hour. The cost was incredibly reasonable. We had called various other roofing companies and were not met with same level of customer service. Casey truly went above and beyond. I will definitely use the company in the future if a replacement or repair is needed. Thanks Casey!

Had a small leak in our roof and chose to call Roof Surgeons because of their amazing reviews. I’m giving a one star because there was no follow through after multiple calls and texts. We were told more than once that someone would stop by to take a look at our roof and not once did someone show up. We were told they would stop by multiple days and even “within an hour or two” and no one did. If the man I spoke to was honest and just said “sorry I don’t have time this week” that would’ve been better than lying multiple times to a potential customer.

Never have used this Buisness and never intend to. Almost was t-boned by one of their speeding trucks who blew through a solid red light speeding through an intersection...

#RoofSurgeons .. this is a company ' I called earlier this morning and where available to look and fix my leak in my room ' within a few mins the found the leak and it fixed in less than 40 mins , The Owner Casey was nothing short of true professionalism. We had a leak at our summer home we realized when we came up to Pine Point a couple weeks before Christmas. We called multiple roofing companies and Casey returned the call same day and was out to examine the problem next day. We also were planning to have the roof redone in the spring, Casey gave us a quote for the house and garage and was there the week before Christmas and completed the job in 1 1/2 days.
