We got 4 quotes from local roofing contractors for our ranch, and chose Dave. What stood out was Dave's eye for design. He pointed out a few things that he thought we should do that none of the others discussed at all, recommended a new drip-edge color to improve curb appeal, and did a few extra items I requested such as adding a bathroom exhaust vent so I could re-route the existing one (which vented through our soffit). I was so upset to come home and find a shingle on the ground. I told my husband we needed this fixed ASAP so we didn't get leaks. He called David Deschaine and about twenty minutes later Mr. Deschaine himself was at our home with some of his crew fixing our roof. We are in the middle of a pandemic no less! These guys fixed our roof in under two hours. We will eventually need a new roof and we will certainly be calling Deschaine! Thank you!

Called Dave for an estimate, he came out, suggested the perfect shingle and color, gave us a great price...All the warranties and guarantees were amazing and we signed on the spot...
Great job, fantastic crew, came in set up, got to work and 8 hours later our entire house was done... clean up was amazing... actually cleaner when they left... I posted pictures and it is public so you can check out for yourself...I took alot of photos throughout the day and caught almost every aspect of the roofing job...HIGHLY RECOMMEND David Deschaine
