He has a degree from Eastern Illinois University in Industrial Technology Education with a minor in Architectural drafting and design. He has worked in residential construction since 1996, and is involved in every aspect of a Zinn project. Phil has assembled a talented staff of 10+ employees who complete the framing and finish work on every new home, remodel or deck project.

A week ago we completed our build with Zinn Construction and to say that we are pleased with the process and the outcome, is an understatement!! Phil and his crew are absolutely phenomenal!! They are easy to… work with, provide excellent communication and customer service and their craftsmanship and attention to detail is out of this world!! During our build, we felt as though we were their only client. If we ever decide to build again, we will absolutely use Zinn Construction!!!

Three jobs in five years - we will keep coming back!
Zinn has completed three major jobs at our house over the last five years - one interior and two exterior. The interior job was a total gut of our master bathroom; one exterior job was a replacement of a twenty five year old redwood double deck out the back of our three story walkout; and the other exterior job was a total replacement of all the dryvit (similar to stucco) in the accent areas of our nearly all brick house.
Value - We found Zinn to be competitive in pricing; their contractual work was accurate, fair, easy to follow, and payment
