I called Steve because my roof had many missing shingles. He suggested I contact my insurance to see if it was covered. I had no idea the insurance company could pay for the roof and we got the entire roof paid for. Steve and his crew were really professional and responsive. Thanks Steve!

I had new siding put on our home by Steve and his crew and we were very pleased. I was picky about the color I was looking for a specific dark blue siding and Steve was more then willing to give me several samples to view. After a couple of trips of Steve driving samples to me we took his advise on a color for both the siding and trim. He suggested adding some cedar shakes and fieldstone to the front of our house. Steve took a 50 yr old home and made it look like a new build. Steve was prompt in answering all of my questions and extremely knowledgeable about every facet of the the project. We got

Small bathroom remodel...
Day 1...labourer came..knew nothing about what was to be put in bathroom. It was sent to boss..Steven King 3 weeks prior.
Day 2...labourer spent day searching for items...My husband and I still had to go out and purchase items...they said they couldnt find!
Was told we'd be without a toilet 2 days max....6 days later..it was put in
Was told job would be done 5-6 days...took 10.
Called owner when all was supposed to be done....told him niche in bathroom was not correct...bull nose tile was not used....it was just cut tile...very sloppy grouting...Owner yelled at me

Good workmanship is to be expected from a contractor - and All Pro certainly delivered that at a very competitive price. But if good craftsmanship is a "given," what really makes a contractor rise above the rest are communication and timeliness. All Pro delivered a great experience in these areas - way better than others I've experienced very recently. We will use All Pro again.

I was totally satisfied with All Pro Improvement, i contracted them to do the roof on my sister house. the work was done in a timely fashion just as expected. the workers were very professional and orderly. very neat. they expressed the steps of the job and it went as they described. 100% satisfied would definitely use then again when needed.
