I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! They schedule a time to come and give you an estimate, reschedule, reschedule, then just don't show up! Their excuse is, "We couldn't find your address." They didn't call me, or stop to ask anyone where I live! I took two days off work for them to NOT show up!

I called because my 10 yr old shingles were unevenly faded and my roof was leaking again. I got a call back within a few hours. Matt came out in a few days and we went up on the roof and looked it over and discussed options. He felt the shingles were deteriorating too fast and might be covered by Owens Corning (OC) warranty. He took pictures and contacted his OC rep. The next day I got emails about a warranty claim. Long story short I got an approximately $25-30,000 dollar roof for $3500 out of pocket. OC covered the majority of it under warranty. The crew showed up to the house a day early

I never leave a poor review but I cannot resist with this company. Months ago we contacted Roofing Guys to give us a bid on our family room. We had a leak that was damaging the roof and had started damaging the wall.First person was was sent out, A bid was sent to us via email to remove the existing family room roof and replace. It was reasonable so we agreed. Weeks went by. My husband began calling, no response. Finally after several calls they sent Sean out. Again no response, He left several messages with the girls in the office. Finally I was asked to send a check for $460 to the office (1

Don't bother if you value your health since they don't value yours. I called for an estimate and when I requested the tech wear a mask, the drama began. He grudgingly put on on. He got a ladder out then knocked on the door to inform me that it is company policy that they will not wear masks. In the middle of a pandemic. I sent him on his way.
After Noah left, I found the mask he got huffy about lying in the driveway. Litter as revenge. How childish and petty! I used a pair of tongs to pick up the trash.
