Baine roofing answered our call and came out very quickly. They were kind to my children and I and were able to diagnosis and fix what needed to be fixed in promptly. They were honest about the issue and what would needed to be done. Fantastic and guaranteed work. As a new homeowner, I was so worried when after a week and half the roof started leaking. Ross came out right away, inspected the work needing to be done and gave me estimates for the temporary repairs and to redo the whole roof next summer. The professionalism and rapidness of the work done was superb. I feel much safer and am so thankful for this wonderful company.

Noticed loose shingles right after a bad storm. Was worried there was serious damage to our roof (after the amount of rain and wind we had for 2 days). Immediate response to my voicemail. Inspected my roof immediately. Luckily there was no damage, and just the loose shingles. Roof was repaired that day. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks for the peace of mind. Highly recommend!

I have every confidence in the job they did. They used the best materials and did quality work! Once they finished you could hardly find any sign on the grounds that they shoveled off the roof. Baine Roofing installed the roof on our home before we bought the house over 8 years ago. It has remained a solid quality roofing system for a flat roof. Ross Baine is exceptionally responsive and has met our needs a number of times since we have lived in our home. They have installed a skylight that has been in prefect shape for over 5 years, prior to our solar system installation 2 years ago they resealed the roof in a timely fashion to prolong the life of the roof and we experienced our first leak ever and they responded within 24 hours to repair it before forecasted rains moved into the area

Messaged Baine Roofing on Facebook to come out and give me a quote on a roof repair. They were at my house the very next day and the work was done very quickly. Alex was very nice and provided us with an upfront quote. The cost was more than reasonable compared to past roof repairs that I have had done by other companies. I am very pleased with the job Baine's crew did on my house. All workers professional and always on task. The work they did replacing some old and damaged decking boards was amazing. They went beyond simply putting on a roof. It was as if they were working on their own home. I will never use a different roofer as long as I am living in the Carbondale area...bravo, guy's!

I called Baine Roofing to come look at some leaks I had at my dealership. They came out that afternoon and inspected the roof. After the we’re done they informed me that they had repaired what they thought was the problem. They fixed something in hours where other places spent days and lots of my money only to never fix the issue. They have been out twice since the repair during heavy rains to make sure there repairs were working. We finally have a dry ceiling with no leaks. Call Baine Roofing for all of your roofing needs.
