During the LA rains at the end of ‘21 our roof got a leak and after a few estimates it was clear that LA Home Construction would provide the best value and service. Miron ran the project and was responsive and helpful, there was even an issue with the paint drying and a patch needed. They came back and fixed it with no charge and they were prompt. Will be using them again!

Miron,Walter and their crew did an amazing job at our Trek deck replacement. We first thought that the job would be simple - just involving the replacement of our redwood desk with beautiful Trek materials - but it turned out the entire structure of our deck needed to be re-enforced. Posts supporting the roof needed to be replaced with the addition of concrete supports. Even with all the additional work the project went extremely smooth and the team was responsive and reliable. He was very professional and I felt very confident running my project while staying in New York. (I had my relative checking on the job).
The remodel of the unit came up so nice ! Miron was very responsive, always answered my questions , was available to do a facetime walkthrough , and connect with my relative as well.

We called Miron and his team to do some work for us on the exterior and interior of the home. They came out promptly and gave us a reasonable quote. They started work quickly and we were happy to add several other little projects right after each was completed. Cesar and his dad and his other team members worked well and were very friendly and polite. Only issues we had were sometimes delays in completion, some issues with the finishes of the work, and clean up at the end. Overall tho great guys and great team!

Miron and his crew are just great! We got a great price for a large backyard deck extension and the craftsmanship by his crew was excellent! His guys, Ismael and Hugo were at work early every day, and were able to complete the work in about 5 days. Miron was always responsive and a pleasure to work with. All of these guys really know their stuff.

I called Miron and LA Home Construction, back in November for renovating our 2 bathrooms and flooring. Miron was great and responsive to all questions and issues that came up.
Our bathrooms turned out great, for our master we removed the bathtub and turned into a standing shower. Omar, his foreman, was great to work with and ensured everything was done right. There were a few issues with the smaller guest bathroom, but Miron resolved them to a decent level of satisfaction.
Our floors turned out great as well and Freddie was great to work with.

Writing another review because I had more work done. I hired LA Home Construction (LAHC) to fix a previous contractor's mistake. The floor/pan of my master shower wasn't shaped properly. Miron came out and gave me a good estimate, which I accepted.
I was a big disappointed by the difficulty in scheduling the work but LAHC worked very hard to stick to their commitments. I had complained last time that their installer had done an inadequate job of containing the construction mess. This time around they remembered my feedback and did a great job with containment.
Overall, the job was completed

Can I give LA Home Construction 10 stars please? We opted to use Miron and co. again for refacing the front of our townhome complex and all I can say is WOW. I contacted Miron, the owner of LA HC from his ad in Malibu times. I had been looking for a reliable contractor to do a medium size job in my rental. The follow-through was exceptional. He was enthusiastic and accommodating. He came over three times, once with his sub-contractor named Able. He said that this is one of the many crews he works with. Able has his own group and he came to view the project to assist Miron in giving a bid. The ultimate bid included labor, plus materials at-cost with no markup, which is wonderful.
