Last week our hot water heater broke and Mike and his crew were so great! They came out quickly, found the problem and called around to get the specific parts. Mike even drove farther away to save us some money on the parts! He was transparent with costs, time, and what needed to be done. He fixed it in no time at all and saved us the cost of having to replace the tankless water heater. I will always use them for plumbing needs!

Matt from M.R. Neel was professional, friendly but most of all, great at his job! We had a slow leak from a very old pipe that was in danger of cracking if not handled properly. Matt took his time, was extremely careful and thorough. He fixed the issue and saved us from spending thousands of dollars in replacing our water line! I will definitely use M.R. Neel for any future needs! Highly recommend!

Great experience. Everything works great now and was very fairly priced. Since I know nothing about plumbing and made that clear, a dishonest company could have easily tried to take advantage of that but M.R Neel did not. Instead, they actually gave me advice for things to try on my own incase this issue happens again. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

This company was doing business in margate New Jersey. The house they were working on was across the street from my school. I am A teacher at this school and park at this location for the past 18 years. I parked One house past the construction. I guess This was too close to the house for this company’s liking. The employee backed up his car so close to mine that it dented my license plate. He parked his car like that until i moved my car. Someone informed me that a car was touching mine. When I approached the employee about hitting my car his response was “ you shouldn’t park your $50,000

Had a sewer repair done by Mike and his crew. Showed up on time , they dug a giant hole in my back yard. Repaired the problem and kept the area neat the whole time they were working. Replaced the dirt and put the grass back on the mound. 5 1/2 hours later I never thought my lawn would look as good as it did. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them!

Responsive, timely, reasonable, honest and each of their employees have been extremely courteous and knowledgeable. We have used them in a pinch a couple of times and they got out quick to solve the problem. I’ve also used them for a planned sink installation and their work was excellent. Highly recommended.

Our family has been working with M.R. for many years and we always recommend them. Mike's pricing is straight forward, affordable and you are charged for the actual work and not a bloated estimate that only increases. We had several jobs completed that were less than the estimate, because they found a smarter and more efficient way to get the job done correctly. Mike the owner is hands on and generous with his time. They've never had to come back to correct a job they completed, but I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem. You don't find a quality and honest company like this often.

I would highly recommend M.R. Neel Plumbing & Heating. We had them come out to provide an estimate on our AC as our previous service provider told us we had a leak. Angelo came out and discovered it wasn't a leak but that our furnace was never set-up properly. They set-up our furnace properly and our AC is now working perfectly. Angelo was very informative!
