Vaughan staff. was very professional in coming out to determine if the old water heater could be saved. When it was determined not to go the repair route and install a new heater, Mike came out when they said and had everything installed in a little over 3 hours. We now have hot water again. I would highly recommend them.

Due to age, I decided to replace my heating and air conditioner last year. I have used Vaughan for many years to service my old system and used them to get my 3 estimates before selecting a contractor. They were not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Jeff was willing to meet with me several times to respond to all my questions. The contractors who did the service was very professional and followed are all Covid protocols. I was very happy I chose them to update my system. I have also noticed a savings in my utility bills. Finally they have an excellent customer service staff.

Everyone at Vaughn was extremely helpful and knowledgeable walking me through the process of a big job replacing our entire hvac units including our water heater. Tony from the start explained everything to me and answered my many questions. Even when I had more questions he was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. James and Joe also did an outstanding job when installing. They were neat and courteous. Even after a long couple of days, when the job was completed they still took the time to explain everything to me regarding my new systems. I would highly recommend Vaughn.

James and Matt did a great job installing our new furnace, ac unit, and hot water heater. Their explanations were clear and concise. Their work was professional and clean. They found creative solutions for unique challenges posed by our house. They were on time and worked late to get our system up one night earlier. Tony was the salesman who helped walk through each part of the process before the installation, and I found him knowledgeable, kind, and honest. I highly recommend this team!

I had a new hot water heater installed today and I was so impressed with the young man, James, who is a mechanic or a technician for Vaughan. He was here right on time, first appointment of the morning, told me exactly what he was going to do, laid down tarps, etc., no nonsense… answered every question I had with a smile. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. James can come back anytime when I need my heater serviced!!

This Company has always been 100% reliable when I have needed any work done whether it is with my heating plan , or ,now additionally my plumbing since they added that as a service. I was informed that a technician would be at my house by 8:30 to start the installation of my new heater and central air conditioner. On Thursday two technicians James and Matt arrived at my house at 8:30 am as promised. James informed me it would take two days to complete the entire job. We have three dogs, which James and Matt where totally accommodating to make sure we could let them out while they were working outside the house. They were very neat, clean, and respectful and answered all our questions and never seem to be a problem. As promised the job was completed on Friday and after finishing

Our whole experience with Vaughn was great from the initial salesman to the installation. Tony Pelligrino was quick to come and see what we needed and give us a quote. James and Matthew were very professional and patient with all of our questions. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why they needed to be done a certain way, which we appreciated. It was done in a way we could understand. They were very thorough and also cleaned up when they done.

Great experience with Vaughn. They worked me in for a same day appointment for an air conditioning failure. Rocco arrived about 4 hours after I called the company. He did an outstanding job diagnosing and fixing the system quickly. Previously, our home warranty company had done some work on the system, but they didn't bother to clean it out or remove obstructions / vegetation that had gotten into the unit.
