Wonderful local company! Couldn’t recommend this place enough for all HVAC needs. Very responsive, came out next day to give an estimate and got us on the schedule ASAP for install. Customer service was above and beyond — Beth was the best to work with, you can tell they really care about their customers. Install team, Cory, also did a great job! They followed COVID guidelines and wore a mask in our house which we appreciated with a baby. Good quality products and great prices!! You won’t be sorry for contacting Apple-Lake Heating and Air Conditioning!

This is a great company. Everyone I interacted with was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. My furnace was not heating my house. I called them and asked many questions and they took the time to discuss my situation with me. The technician, Cory, came by quickly to look at the issue. He not only fixed the problem but went above and beyond to be sure that the furnace continued to work properly and discussed my HVAC equipment with me. Thank you, Apple-Lake, for the great service!

The staff is so friendly and honest. We had a new high efficiency Carrier furnace and AC sold to us and installed by Apple Valley Heating and Cooling a few years ago. They have been flexible with tune-up appointments and they really stand by their product. Last year, one of pvc pipes had a slight water leak and they were out promptly and fixed the issue at no charge. Highly recommend!

Apple-Lake Heating and Cooling are very easy to work with. Bruce, the owner, came to our house and chatted about Furnace and A/C options that would work for our home. After reviewing 5 quotes we decided on Apple-Lake Heating and Cooling. They were helpful with everything from selection of equipment, to installation (Cory was awesome), to clean up, to helping us submit any available rebates. I give them my enthusiastic recommendation.

We used Apple Lake Heating & Air Conditioning after they beat out 3-4 other companies on an A/C unit bid. We were completely surprised with the high level of service and knowledge! This is an excellent, local, family-owned business with 30+ years of industry experience. I highly recommend them and will not use another company for HVAC!

Had them install new furnace and A/C. Not only were they the most reasonably priced, they were great to deal with as well. From the estimate to the install everyone was on time and quick. Very nice smaller company to deal with and were happy to have my business. They are truly there to make you happy and will not try to sell you something you do not need. I will always use them for any HVAC needs I have in the future!

I am new to the Apple -Lake family and I will never do business with anyone else. Beth, Bruce and the team are awesome! They have gone out of their way to accommodate our needs and schedules. They have been honest with us from the start in regards to our air conditioning repair/replacement. I asked many questions and received direct and honest answers.
