Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night (on Monday no less) I didn't want to risk serious water damage so I did a quick search and found fast response plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded with in minutes! They arrived very quickly and soon enough my toilet was flushing like it was brand new! I appreciated them walking me through the process and answering all my questions. Definitely took customer service a step further with that. Plus, the $10 coupon on our page is a nice little bonus.

I called and 8AM and within 30 seconds the receptionist anwsered. However, I was put on hold for over 5 minutes. I could not wait more than 10, this was just for a clogged toilet problem. They need more than one receptionst, very poor customer service. Lost a job before they could even begin it!

Had water emergency to the extent ceiling in bathroom caved in. Called requesting assistance to shut water off as I was at work and wife was unable to do so. Business is 10 minutes from house. Was told they were booked and we're not taking anymore calls for service that night.
