Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Called in the morning as I had an escalating problem. I was told that they would call and someone could come out that day. After SEVEN HOURS of silence, I called and was told that no one was available for 2 days and I was mistaken if I thought I had been told otherwise. I gave 1 star because I could not give ZERO.

Never showed. JT said he would call. Never did. Promised to get here Friday. Never did. Leaving us stuck with after hours weekend rates. How rude. He knew we had a hosted dinner and needed kitchen sink. Never heard from him again and never answered our calls. Called Roto Rooter who show up and fixed kitchen sink quickly with no mess and cheaper than this company quoted. Would never recommend this plumber.
