This company is headed by this v. self entitled kid named Justin Balchun,who is the most disrespectful person in the world. He makes all this cheap shortcuts & cheats people of their hard earned money. Does the absolute WORST job, and completely does everything that he can do to manipulate & take advantage of you as a customer. Their so called "work," is the crappiest you'll ever see. Seriously.

Justin just finished working on our kitchen renovation, and I highly recommend his work. He did demolition, new insulation, electrical, drywall, hung cabinets, installed the countertops, had the floors refinished , and installed the appliances - throughout it all he was professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Balchun Construction.

We have used Balchun construction for many projects in our home. The latest one, however was a complete renovation of the first level of our house. This included taking down a wall, gutting our kitchen, plumbing, dry walling electric, putting in hardwood floors etc. Justin Balchun was very professional and reliable. He and his crew worked very efficiently. They were like a well oiled machine! All of his subcontractors were very courteous, and efficient as well. We were living in the house during the renovation and they were respectful of that. If you are looking for an honest, reliable contractor
