How we got started. Steve Sr. spent 22 years in the U.S. Navy and retired as a Senior Chief. He then worked as the Maintenance Manager for Chrysler Motor Corporation in Toledo, Ohio. While there, he was in charge of 450 skilled trades. Steve II is now the President of Plano Maintenance Inc. performing sales service and repairs for Plano, Texas and surrounding areas.

Steve is the guy who will maintain and repair my HVAC from now on. I called Steve for a second opinion after receiving an extremely high estimate from a big service company for a repair on my 6-year old furnace. I knew costs had risen across the board during COVID but I found it hard to believe costs had soared that much. I was also told my unit was no longer under warranty. Steve quickly determined my unit WAS still under warranty, located the part, filed the warranty paperwork and repaired the furnace for a much more reasonable cost. Skill and integrity make a great combination!

Nothing fun about your A/C going down in July, but Plano Maintenance made it all better. Called on Tuesday morning and Steve was at our house in a few hours. Unit was 16 years old so we went with replacement. COVID and the TX freeze has made finding equipment very difficult but Steve found one in Shreveport, shipped it over, and installed it Friday morning! Excellent timely service, quality install, and all at a fair price. Would highly recommend!

Steve and his crew did an awesome job. Took out both my older systems and put in 2 Trane systems that are incredible. Don't even hear them running. The crew was very knowledgeable and Steve made sure the job was done right and the systems, even though hidden, looked great and were set up for optimum performance and longevity. Highly recommended!!!!! 5/5!!!

Steve does an amazing job servicing our air-conditioning and heating. He also put in two amazing units that have cut our bills in half. Very professional does an amazing job. Received three other company's estimate on fixing or replacing my Air Condition and Steve was my choice. I decided to replaced my air conditions and Steve made sure to get me all the discounts that were available. He and his crew were very professional. They were very careful not to scratch the walls and did an excellent job cleaning up. Sometime the little thing matter too.

Steve has been amazing help. Friendly and great service really stepped up above and beyond all expectations.
He assisted me with remote guidance to emergency troubleshooting while he was tied up elsewhere and enabled me to get my Ac working faster in the July Texas heat. He also came out earlier and had great friendly service. In spite of being during lunchtime.
Highly recommended and I will call him again if I need service in future.
