I’ve used AMS for several years for all my maintenance. They recently installed new AC system within 3 days of when my old system failed. They are always on time and there within a few hours if I have a problem. Great company! I have referred them to several of my neighbors who now use them for their ac and heating maintenance. Highly recommend!

AMS replaced our entire HVAC system. After MUCH research and a few proposals we went with AMS. Their pricing, warranty options and installation options were VERY competitive compared to other companies. Their reputation in our neighborhood and around Katy is impeccable and they are well known. Gene came out and did not consume a half day like some others trying to show me how much I pay on my own light bill etc. to warrant the cost. He simply looked at the job answered my questions and the proposal was in my email later that day. To date they have been very responsive and the job only took one

The replacement of both A/C unit and Furnace only took about 6 to 7 hours eventhough it was pouring with rain for most of the day. Two installers took great pains to protect our carpets and floors. Everything is working fine.

We were very pleased with the installation of our new HVAC system by AMS. They are friendly, courteous, and helpful. They worked efficiently and kept their area neat. We felt that the owner (Gene) gave us a good price and tried to make sure we got every rebate available. The three installers were professional and courteous. This is the second system we have purchased from this company. They have provided good service for over five years. Highly recommend!!!

Our heater decided to begin short cycling after a rolling power outage on, of course, the coldest night of the year (2/14/2021). We turned it off, slept in our clothes and woke up to 3" of snow outside and ice on the inside of our windows. We began frantically looking for someone that could come rather quickly so when temps dipped into the single digits tonight, we did not have the same issue. On recommendation, I got AMS's number and called. Gene was able to make it to my house within a couple of hours and had the entire system up and running in near record time.
